Getting started

Submit and pay online, ship your cards to our lab, and we examine each one under controlled lighting and magnification. You get back a photo-documented condition report plus your card in a labeled RAWLITY holder — and we update your order status at every step so you can follow its progress.

We do not set a fixed turnaround — every card is checked with care. Once your cards arrive at the studio, My Orders shows your live place in the queue, and we update your order status at each step so you can follow its progress.

Four things. Ship EMS with tracking and keep the receipt — until we scan your parcel in, it is in Thailand Post care, and the receipt is what a postal claim needs. If you use a magnetic case, tape it shut so it cannot pop open in transit. If your address changes after you ship, message us before your cards are sent back. And when your cards come home, film the unboxing — a short video is the strongest evidence if anything looks wrong.

Every published card can be verified by anyone. Type the cert number printed on the label into the Verify box on our Population Report page — you will see the full report with real scans of that exact card, so you can compare them with the card in front of you. If the number is not found, or the scans do not match, do not buy the card. Open the verify page

Yes — Fast Lane. Turn it on at checkout and your order goes ahead of the standard queue at every step. Fast Lane doubles the order total, and there is still no fixed day count — priority simply means your cards are always at the front of the line.

Our shipping address and packing guidance are shown right after you submit and pay for an order. Prefer not to mail? You can also drop your cards off in person at a branch. Cards are handled securely throughout the process.

Yes. At checkout, choose "Drop off at a branch" (or a pop-up booth during events) and hand your cards over in person. There is no mail-back leg, so the ฿50 return-shipping portion is not charged.

Sleeve each card, add a rigid toploader (one card per loader — avoid magnetic cases), sandwich it between cardboard and tape all four sides, wrap in bubble wrap, then box it snug so nothing shifts. Never use a bare padded envelope. Walk through it visually below.

Yes. Your card is returned in a RAWLITY holder with a printed pre-grade label (overall score, the four sub-grades, card name and a unique cert code) alongside your online report. It's a clean presentation holder, not a sealed/certified slab.

Pricing & payment

Pricing is per card and all-in (return shipping included): ฿300/card for 1–4 cards, ฿290 for 5–9, ฿245 for 10–49, ฿220 for 50–99, and ฿200 for 100 or more. The more cards you send, the lower the price per card.

Payment is made via PromptPay QR code generated at checkout, and your payment slip is verified automatically — no waiting for manual approval. If you drop off in person at a branch or booth, you can also pay cash at the counter.

We grade every card that arrives and mark any missing card as not received. The difference is automatically returned to you as account credit toward a future submission, or you can request a refund instead.

Yes, as long as we haven't started grading. Your refund is queued and processed manually to make sure nothing is missed or duplicated — contact us if you need an update.

Grading & your report

Each card is assessed across four core dimensions (Centering, Corners, Edges and Surface), along with an overall condition summary and recommendations, all documented with images.

The overall pre-grade equals the lowest of the four sub-grades. A card is only as strong as its weakest area, so a single low dimension caps the overall score rather than being averaged away.

No. A RAWLITY pre-grade is an objective opinion of your card's condition to help you decide before sending it for official, encapsulated grading. Your card comes back in a RAWLITY holder with its pre-grade label, but this is not a certified or slabbed grade, and RAWLITY is not affiliated with PSA, BGS, or TAG.

Every evaluated card gets a unique Reference No. so you (or anyone you share it with) can look up its report online. It identifies your report — it is not an official certification number.

Yes. Every report has a "Request a re-check" option. A grade is a careful judgement, so if something looks off to you, ask for a second look.

After your grade

Yes. Once your RAWLITY pre-grade is done, we can submit your card onward to PSA or BGS on your behalf. It's already in our lab, so there's nothing more for you to ship. We'll share the options and timing with you when your grade is ready.

Yes. Cards held in your RAWLITY collection can be transferred to another collector's account as an ownership record. RAWLITY transfers the record only — any payment is arranged off-platform between you and the other collector. A short security hold applies after each transfer.

Yes. You can return a card from your collection at any time — have it shipped to you (free when your order included return shipping; otherwise a one-time ฿50 fee paid online), or pick it up free at a branch. Once returned, the card leaves your RAWLITY collection and we stop tracking it for you.

Yes — as long as the RAWLITY label and case are fully intact (an opened case counts as a new card and needs a full re-grade). Same owner walking in: free, and you collect it in person whenever you take it back out. By mail: ฿100 all-in, which also banks one free ship-back for the future. Change of owner (bought outside RAWLITY): add ฿100 — ฿100 walk-in or ฿200 by mail — and the card moves into the new owner's collection. Tip: transferring a card inside RAWLITY before it leaves the vault is free.

Trust & safety

No. Payment for grading goes directly through PromptPay, and any collector-to-collector payment happens off-platform. RAWLITY never holds your funds.

Every card is checked in and photographed the moment it arrives, so its condition is on the record from minute one. Cards are handled in a controlled space and returned with fully tracked shipping.
