By submitting cards to RAWLITY Studio ("RAWLITY," "we," "us") or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
RAWLITY provides raw card condition checking (grading) services for Trading Card Game (TCG) collectibles. Our service includes:
Payment must be made in full via PromptPay before cards are processed. Your submission is confirmed only after payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed submissions after 7 days from the order date.
All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and include a ฿50 return shipping fee. Grading fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced.
We handle all cards with professional care. Every card is photographed and logged upon arrival. In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused by RAWLITY, our liability is limited to the declared value provided at submission.
RAWLITY is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during customer shipping. Please follow our packaging guidelines provided after payment confirmation.
Standard turnaround is 5 business days from the date your cards are received at our facility. During peak periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.

RAWLITY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
