By creating a Rawlity account, you agree to the following terms governing your use of our card condition checking services.
1. Service Description
Rawlity provides raw card condition analysis and reporting. Our assessments are objective evaluations and do not constitute financial advice.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the safe packaging and shipping of your cards to our facility. Rawlity is not liable for damage occurring during transit to our facility.
3. Privacy
Your personal information is collected solely for order processing and service delivery. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
4. Payment
All payments are non-refundable once the grading process has begun. In the event of cancellation before processing, a full refund will be issued.
5. Liability
Rawlity takes every precaution to protect your cards. In the unlikely event of damage at our facility, compensation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
